We are a registered trading company in Hong Kong. Please read this Policy carefully. If you do not agree with it, please stop using the website and do not send us personal information.

When you enquire, order or contact us, we collect the information you give us, including your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, shipping and billing address, company name (if any), and the content of your messages. For an order we may also collect product selection, size, colour, and customisation preferences, and payment-confirmation details you choose to send.

Information collected automatically. We may collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, and cookie or similar identifiers.

We do not intentionally collect information from children under the age of 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us at ProsperityGrand@outlook.com and we will delete it.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

answer inquiries and provide quotations, by email or WhatsApp;
confirm availability, lead time, custom work and shipping;
process, fulfil and support orders, including arrangement of payment and delivery;
send order updates and, if you opt in, product or restock notices;
operate, secure and improve the website;
comply with bookkeeping, tax, consumer-protection and other legal duties.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to train third-party advertising models.

4. WhatsApp

Where we communicate on WhatsApp, the messaging service is provided by WhatsApp LLC / Meta Platforms. When you message us, your WhatsApp number, profile name and the content of the chat are processed by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. We read and keep the conversation so we can quote, confirm and fulfil an order. Please do not send payment-card photographs or government ID images unless we request them for shipping or a refund.

5. Payments

Payments are arranged and confirmed on WhatsApp, by invoice or through the payment provider we agree with you. We do not store complete payment-card numbers or payment-account credentials on this website. Payment providers process information under their own privacy and security policies.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep the shopping cart, checkout and account working and to protect forms from abuse. We may also use a first-party analytics cookie to understand which pages are used. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser; blocking necessary cookies may stop the cart or checkout from working.

7. How we share information

We share information only with carefully selected service providers and only as needed to run the business:

shipping carriers (name, address and telephone, so a parcel can be delivered);

Orders, invoices, delivery records and the specification attached to an order: at least 5 years, or longer if tax or other law requires;
Customer accounts: until you ask us to close them;
Server logs: typically 90 days;
Information you ask us to delete is removed or irreversibly anonymised once we no longer have a legal reason to keep it.

We use HTTPS on the public website, restrict staff access to inquiry and order records, and keep our software updated. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we ask you not to send full payment-card numbers by WhatsApp or email.
