Shipping

We dispatch within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are shipped with tracking, and most international orders arrive in 5–12 business days. US orders over $120 ship free.

Returns

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace the item or issue a refund — your choice.

Warranty

All products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse or accidents.

Order confirmation

For WhatsApp orders, we confirm stock, shipping cost and payment method with you before dispatch. For website orders, confirm via WhatsApp to speed up processing.
